Dato' Zarul Ahmad Bin Mohd Zulkifli - Director
Dato Zarul Ahmad is the Director of Vista Lestari Development Sdn Bhd. He is a visionary with more than twenty years’ experience managing public and private corporations. He is a member and graduate of ICSA and an MBA holder from University Ballarat, Australia. Dato Zarul initially joined Petronas and today has soared to greater heights such as the Chairman of Zenith Group of Companies, an Advisor to KOWAJA, Director of China Railway Construction Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Vertice Berhad, Formis Resources Bhd and the various companies in which he chairs. Dato Zarul was the main figure behind the RM6.3B Penang Undersea Tunnel Project and has interest in ICT, construction & property development, security services and in the hospitality industry which includes executive taxis, and hire & drive services. With his vast experience in international business, he currently spearheading Vista Lestari into PPE industry primarily supplying and trading nitrile examination gloves.
Mohd Asfirdaus Bin Asri - CEO
Asfirdaus is the Chief Executive Officer of Vista Lestari Development. Graduated with a Degree in Civil Engineering from University Technology Petronas. He has experience in corporate and business where he was previously the Vice President, Head of Commercial in Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd, he sits on board of a construction materials supply-chain company, Jatibina Trade Sdn Bhd, director and major shareholder of chain-restaurant Abang Burn Burger Bakar, co-founder of an e-commerce based local skincare products Marzea, director of IT company specializing in Big Data, TPX.
Abdul Raof Shan - Business Development
Abdul Raof Shan has more than 25 years of international banking experience with Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad (now known as CIMB Bank). He was attached to Bank Bumi Daya, Jakarta the Asean Banking Council initiative, responsible for the overall business development between the ASEAN countries particularly Indonesia and Malaysia.
In 1991, while holding the position of General Manager of BBMB Offshore Bank in Manama, Bahrain he was seconded to Coutts & Co., Nassau, Bahamas to familiarize with the offshore private banking business. Before leaving the bank in September 1994 he was the Chief Executive Officer of the bank’s two subsidiaries, BBMB International Bank (L) Limited and BBMB International Trust (Labuan) Berhad.
He was the Chief Financial Officer of VtoV.com in Los Angeles, USA for more than 3 years - a company involved in media technology application - focusing on content development where he was responsible for the overall financial affairs of the company.
Raof has a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Makati, The Philippines and, previously is the Principal Consultant for RDR Management, a company involved in risk management and business advisory services. Having directly managed credit related portfolio for more than 16 years, he is experienced in all aspects of credit and risk evaluation, project financing, syndication, capital market instruments and treasury.
Ahmad Suhaimi Bin Haroun - Business Development
Suhaimi pursued his studies at Southampton Technical College, U.K. and furthered his tertiary education in economics at the Bournemouth University after completion of his secondary school in Kuala Lumpur.
He is well-versed / experienced in the insurance industry of 20 years. He was the Credit Controller reporting directly to the Board of Directors during his early employment with the then Industrial and Commercial Insurance (M) Berhad. Later he joined SEA Insurance Berhad, now known as Liberty Insurance, as a Business Development Manager.
In year 2000, Suhaimi ventured into his own car rental business and set-up his own company. During these 15 years, he secured several government contracts to supply vehicles for special events like the General Elections Campaign, National Day celebrations, and The Tour De Langkawi.
Shariff Ismail - Finance
Shariff's academic background is in Finance and Accounts. He has worked in the Government sector, public accounting, manufacturing, property developer, construction and consultancy locally in Malaysia as well overseas.
He led the finance division in companies like Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd, Asia Freight Rail Sdn Bhd, Shahpadu Corporations Sdn Bhd, Zaid Ibrahim Management Services, Infrakomas Sdn Bhd and some others.
He also has experience in corporate planning where he took up the role of Corporate Planning Manager in Drydocks World, Dubai, the largest Drydocks facility in the Persian Gulf.
